A partnership between Employ Kent Thameside, North West Kent College, JobCentre Plus, Start, ProLogis and Dartford Borough Council, The Learning Shop has been designed to help develop the potential of everyone working at The Bridge.

Based at The Nucleus, The Learning Shop @ The Bridge can provide free recruitment services and help companies to identify funded training programmes; or it can put them in touch with business advisers provided by Business Link.

Similarly, the Nucleus includes the Hatchery, a space where people with a business idea can hire a workstation by the hour, day, week or month to develop a business plan with the help and a mentoring and training service provided by the Learning Shop.
